Owns the dealership’s new vehicle department, including sales volume, gross profit, desking, inventory, factory objectives, lead handling, delivery, customer satisfaction, and team development. The role manages sales processes, develops managers and salespeople, supports hiring and retention, and coordinates with F&I, BDC, Internet, and Service departments. Applicants need substantial dealership sales-management experience, strong inventory and data-driven management skills, and a valid driver’s license.
