The Director of Marketing owns Del Mar Vacations’ marketing function across homeowner and guest audiences. Responsibilities include demand generation, paid advertising, SEO, email, social media, brand management, PR, community visibility, team leadership, budgeting, analytics, and marketing technology. The role manages HubSpot, AI, and automation initiatives; tracks KPIs and ROI; develops marketing strategies; and partners with revenue leaders to generate homeowner leads, guest bookings, occupancy, and revenue growth.

Owns the end-to-end monthly close, financial reporting, controls, cash visibility, working capital, tax coordination, and accounting workflows. The Controller partners with executive leadership on forecasting and decision support, leads a two-person accounting team and outsourced finance resources, and improves systems, automation, SOPs, and operational finance processes using QuickBooks Online and related platforms.

Own the end-to-end improvement of business systems, including discovery, requirements, roadmap prioritization, integrations, data governance, delivery, QA, rollout, adoption, and impact measurement. The role focuses on improving HubSpot data quality, workflow reliability, API and webhook integrations, platform health, and cross-functional execution. The Product Manager will identify process problems, coordinate engineers and vendors, monitor system changes, and drive measurable operational outcomes.
