Manages vendor performance, governance, KPIs, budgets, purchase orders, and reporting for automotive-sector IT operations. Analyzes business processes, defines current and future-state workflows, translates requirements into functional specifications, coordinates system configuration and interfaces, and leads medium-to-large IT projects. Develops project plans, manages change control, supports testing and implementation, recommends process automation, and serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Manages multiple initiatives, ensures IT system sustainability and availability, defines technical requirements, and advises on cost-, risk-, and operationally optimized solutions.

Provides administrative and service-center support for HR Operations. Manages internal hiring transactions in SAP, responds to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, payroll, and transactions, and supports onboarding and orientations. Maintains HR records, scans documents, tracks cases, routes complex inquiries, provides HR reporting data, supports audits and service awards, and assists with staff training. The role requires strong customer service, confidentiality, communication, Excel proficiency, and flexibility in a call-heavy environment.
