Manages the company lobby, welcomes and directs visitors, answers calls, handles mail and shipments, orders office supplies, manages building access, schedules conference rooms and company vehicles, maintains directories and inventories, supports meetings, events, field craft activities, and special projects, and prepares expenditure reports. Provides a professional first impression and assists with urgent situations outside normal work hours when needed.

Provide MEP design and construction expertise across preconstruction and operations: review drawings and specs, assist estimating and long-lead tracking, coordinate trade partners and consultants, support bidding and buyout, attend coordination and site meetings, troubleshoot construction issues, and advise on rebates and incentives.

Provide accounting, analysis, and contract administration support for construction projects from startup through closeout. Manage project budgeting, job-cost reconciliations, trade partner billing and payments, journal entries in ERP, audits, and documentation in Workday/Procore while collaborating with project teams and external partners.
