Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Sr. VP & Chief Safety Officer, managing calendars, travel, confidential records, safety communications, regulatory filings, meetings (including Accident Review Board and Board meetings), tracking deadlines and action items, and supporting safety-related projects and events.

Lead and manage mobility capital construction projects including bus right-of-way infrastructure and transit facilities. Oversee consultants and contractors, manage scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, contracts, and stakeholder coordination. Prepare reports, negotiate contract changes, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and present project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President, managing confidential communications, calendars, travel, meeting minutes, agendas, reports, budget tracking, and coordination with senior leadership and the Board.

Performs budgeting, financial and contractual analysis for Operations; maintains cost models and budget systems (TM-1, Maximo, EPM); prepares journal entries, variance analysis, forecasts, BPOs/purchase orders and reporting; supports capital project accounting and provides technical assistance and training to staff.

Develops and delivers safety and technical training across operating, maintenance, and safety functions. Creates lesson plans, conducts employee and train-the-trainer instruction, maintains training records and databases, reviews incident reports to define training needs, supports safety policy/manual development, and evaluates training effectiveness in line with SMS, FTA, and TxDOT requirements.

Provide paralegal support to General Counsel and attorneys: manage open records requests, assist litigation (draft documents, calendar deadlines, oversee discovery), perform legal research and filings, schedule depositions, maintain case files, liaise with internal departments and external contacts, and prepare trial/hearing materials.
