Manage site design projects from scope and budget through delivery: lead teams, negotiate contracts, monitor progress, control change and risk, coordinate technical reviews, build client relationships, and mentor junior staff.

Lead project teams to prepare plans and specifications for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, process piping, and industrial exhaust/ventilation systems. Serve in a leadership role, ensuring designs meet project requirements and codes.

Manage roadway/highway design projects end-to-end including geometric design, drainage, MOT/traffic control, scopes, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, client coordination with INDOT and local agencies, utility/permitting coordination, proposal development, and mentoring junior staff.
