Lead commercial strategy and global account growth for robotics products. Manage pricing, contracts, P&L, and margin optimization. Define product roadmaps from customer and market requirements, coordinate with engineering and project teams to deliver awarded programs, and build long-term international customer relationships while addressing pricing risks and tooling schedules.

Lead design, implementation, validation, and continuous improvement of high-volume automotive manufacturing processes. Drive automation and robotics integration, support new product launches, manage cross-functional teams, ensure compliance (IATF 16949/VDA 6.3), and optimize process KPIs through data analysis and DOE.

Manage network team, core/edge switching, firewalls, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, monitoring (Zabbix), and cybersecurity solutions. Ensure OT segmentation, compliance (TISAX, CMMC), incident remediation, documentation, vendor coordination, and global standards alignment.
