Support and drive high-volume residential acquisition closings from contract through post-close. Perform title and HOA due diligence, resolve liens and defects, coordinate with counsel and escrow/title companies, maintain audit-ready transaction files, flag HOA restrictions, escalate risks, participate in pipeline meetings, and implement process improvements to ensure timely, insurable closings.

Design, build, and maintain scalable real-time and batch data pipelines and platform architecture. Ensure data quality, enable BI/AI/ML productionization, mentor engineers, and deploy data products and ML models.

Partner with development, finance, IT and BI teams to analyze land acquisitions, maintain the land pipeline, create system processes and financial proformas, ensure approvals and data integrity, and identify process improvements to meet or exceed annual land goals.

Support company-wide identity management and IAM operations: handle access requests, troubleshoot escalated issues and outages, participate in on-call rotation, perform root cause analysis, execute change management and testing, maintain documentation, train teams, and drive process improvements for sustainable, flexible application architecture.

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and services (multi-cloud) with IaC and CI/CD. Migrate and deploy applications, monitor/optimize performance, ensure security, troubleshoot outages, document architectures, and train teams.
