Greet and assist customers at a busy automotive dealership front desk, manage CRM customer records, direct visitors, handle administrative tasks (shipments, license plate pickup), communicate in English and Spanish, maintain a professional front desk, and support additional customer service duties as needed.

Source, evaluate, negotiate, and purchase used vehicles for dealership inventory using market data and valuation tools. Maintain acquisition leads, ensure accurate purchase documentation, and align buys with inventory needs while delivering a professional customer experience.

Perform accounting and finance administrative tasks including reviewing and filing financial documents, data entry, payment processing, title and license reconciliation, completing deal jackets, handling outside used car purchases, supporting receivables/deposits, and providing backup receptionist and AR/depository support as assigned.
