Provide Windows systems administration and IT support across servers, AD, Office 365, VMware, Veeam backups and AWS. Troubleshoot, patch, document procedures, perform assessments, collaborate with vendors, and maintain compliance with FFIEC. Occasional off-hours work and physical handling of equipment required.

Create and implement digital and print marketing content including brochures, social media, blogs, websites, emails, newsletters and presentations. Produce and edit graphics, animations, video, and audio. Support social media maintenance and design visual displays for tradeshows and offices. Manage campaigns through CRM/marketing automation and oversee production from concept to completion.

Serve as liaison between IT and business operations to gather and document requirements, define system specifications, manage Agile projects, create test plans, track issues/risks, coordinate vendors, support user training and M&A integration, and produce status communications and reports.

Provide high-level administrative support to company executives including correspondence, meeting minutes, scheduling, travel arrangements, research and reports, liaising with attorneys, managing communications and filing, and other clerical duties as assigned.

Serve as liaison between IT and business, gather and document requirements, produce system design specs and acceptance tests, manage Agile projects, support testing, vendor management, production support, training, and M&A integration planning.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support web and other applications across the full software lifecycle using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL. Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, size projects, ensure security, performance, scalability, and SOX compliance, and troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.
