Support Wealth Advisors by delivering comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth clients focused on estate, insurance, tax, business, and cash flow planning using eMoney; build client relationships and collaborate with third-party professionals.

Provide administrative and operational support to advisory teams: manage client accounts and households, prepare and send documents, follow up with clients, and ensure completion of compliance policies and supporting documentation. Work cross-functionally to help deliver high-quality client service and support team efficiency and growth.

Provide holistic investment and financial planning advice, build and maintain deep client relationships through regular communication, coordinate with trading, planning and operations teams, source and onboard prospects, recommend alternative investments, grow revenue via referrals and networks, and contribute to advisor team development and client experience.

Provide relational and operational support to Advisors: schedule and prepare client meetings, track client requests in CRM, communicate deliverable timelines, support advisor-client communication, and coordinate projects across teams to ensure high-quality client service.
