Manage and grow industrial accounts by selling vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs for fasteners and assembly components to OEMs and assembly plants. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, participate in sales calls and team-selling, create professional proposals and presentations, communicate with stakeholders, and perform other duties to grow accounts.

Design and revise cutting tools using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, reverse-engineer customer tools, select inserts and components, create drawings and mylar graphs for grinders, develop fixtures, log engineering orders in NAV, and provide technical support to customers and manufacturing.

Manage end-to-end import logistics: coordinate with overseas vendors, freight partners, and customs brokers; issue and track international purchase orders; ensure compliant import documentation; process inbound containers and invoices in the ERP; communicate shipment status and resolve logistics issues while identifying cost and efficiency improvements.

Lead enterprise technology, integration, and business transformation initiatives including ERP migrations and acquisition integrations. Define scope, plan and track schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, manage vendors, report KPIs to executives, drive change management and training, and ensure projects deliver on organizational objectives.

Manage a portfolio of aerospace customers as the primary point of contact. Handle quoting, sourcing, ERP order entry, order execution, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. Build relationships to retain and grow accounts, maintain accurate customer and order data, and collaborate with internal teams to meet aerospace documentation and traceability standards while improving processes.

Provide inbound phone and email customer support for order processing, shipment monitoring, pricing, credits, and non-stock updates. Maintain contracts and order forms, run daily reports, document and escalate issues, assist sales and inventory tasks, and support sourcing and cycle counts.

Lead regional P&L and commercial performance for the West division, oversee branch management and customer programs, drive growth and new business launches, mentor direct and indirect reports, align regional priorities with corporate strategy, and ensure high customer service and operational execution.
