The Accounting Assistant manages accounts receivable, supports accounts payable, reconciles bank statements and financial transactions, assists with budget analysis, prepares tax reports and Form 1099-MISC filings, and supports audits. The role also maintains confidential financial records, helps develop accounting procedures, and completes ad hoc projects. Advanced Excel skills, accounting knowledge, and attention to detail are required. Chinese Mandarin and English bilingual ability is preferred.

Manage broker networks and national retail accounts (especially Costco) for the West region. Drive product launches, promotions, and account relations; conduct store visits and attend events. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality) to improve products, analyze sales data, and produce forecasts and reports. Support VP of Sales and CEO on sales initiatives and resolve account operational issues.
