Generate new B2B accounts within an assigned Hawaii territory through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and solution-based selling. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Genesys IVR, voice, chat, and conversational AI solutions in a cloud contact-center environment. Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, improve customer self-service, and deliver AI-powered virtual assistants and automation. The role also involves SQL-based data analysis, reporting, data quality validation, troubleshooting, and AI-assisted UX/UI prototyping and front-end development.

Owns the Finance data, integration, and reporting backlog for a PeopleSoft-to-Workday ERP modernization program. Translates Finance requirements into user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria; leads roadmap prioritization, data governance, quality controls, UAT, reconciliation, cutover, and adoption. Partners with Finance stakeholders, ERP consultants, and Azure data engineers to develop trusted finance data products and reusable modernization patterns.

Owns end-to-end delivery of an enterprise Data Hub program spanning platform, inbound and outbound integrations, Workday interfaces, data quality, and operations. The role manages integrated plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, multi-party delivery teams, governance, executive reporting, release planning, cutover, and hypercare. It requires coordinating technology partners and client teams across multiple workstreams in a regulated insurance environment.
