Manage design, procurement, and installation of capital projects at the Ludington chemical site. Lead engineers and drafters, coordinate with operations and support functions, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, FDA), prepare specifications, cost estimates, AFEs, and schedules, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Define architecture, governance, IaC, CI/CD, reusable ingestion/integration patterns (including PI historian and SAP), semantic models, and partner with stakeholders to produce secure, scalable, production-grade analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities.

Support plant operations by identifying and implementing process improvements to increase capacity, reliability, yields and safety. Troubleshoot operating problems, run tests, prepare reports, coordinate capital projects and vendor activities, and ensure environmental and safety compliance while providing technical assistance to production and engineering teams.

Lead and execute capital projects for the LPVCM plant, managing scope, cost, schedule, regulatory compliance, engineering deliverables, vendor submittals, installation coordination, and project close-out while ensuring safety and environmental protection.

Manage stores requisitions and expediting, place rush orders, track critical spares and capital/repairable stock, maintain inventory systems, reconcile vendor consignment, troubleshoot barcode handhelds, support maintenance paperwork and training, and actively participate in plant HESS and ISO programs.

Ensure reliability, security, performance, and scalability of networking, virtualization, storage, cloud, Microsoft 365, and endpoint services while managing team, vendors, IT/OT collaboration, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Lead design, configuration, testing, and support of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA supply chain and procurement processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize customer and supplier interactions, support integrations (APIs, IDocs, EDI), drive reporting/KPIs, and lead continuous improvement, upgrades, and operational support across Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and IT.

Lead design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Active Directory and IAM platforms. Define AD architecture and RBAC, implement secure authentication (MFA, Kerberos, PIM), monitor AD health, support audits/compliance, evaluate IAM tools, collaborate with cloud/security teams on hybrid identity, and mentor junior architects.
