Processes daily accounts receivable batches, journal entries, payments, deposits, reconciliations, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks. Maintains accurate customer and cash receipt records, researches discrepancies, reconciles statements, supports collections, and responds to customer and internal inquiries. The role requires accounting education, at least two years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.

Processes and codes vendor invoices, verifies approvals and documentation, enters invoices into accounting systems, prioritizes payments, reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, maintains W-9s and contracts, communicates with vendors, and assists with payment batches and annual 1099 filings.
