Provide administrative and organizational support to the COO and Operations team, manage meeting planning and logistics, arrange domestic and international travel, handle invoices and expense reporting, document meetings in the CRM, coordinate office maintenance, supplies, cafe and vendor relationships, prepare correspondence, engage with members and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality, and support other teams as needed.

Support the Communications team by monitoring news and social media for financial industry stories; assist with research, publications, and website updates; provide coverage highlights of hearings and regulatory events; create and schedule social media content; and maintain press lists and communication archives.

Support development and editing of social media and website content, research industry trends and audiences, maintain content calendars and sponsor visibility, liaise with members, and participate in weekly team meetings.

Administer and improve the member CRM and database, support member retention and new-member development, produce membership reporting and visualizations, coordinate with Finance on membership data and invoicing, and provide event and special-project support.
