Supports daily HR operations including payroll, HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits, leave and workers’ compensation administration, employee records, compliance audits, and employee support. Maintains accurate personnel and benefits data, coordinates employee changes and notifications, monitors HR requests, tracks recurring responsibilities, and escalates complex matters to the HR Director.

The VP of People and Culture will lead the company’s people strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, leadership development, succession planning, retention, and people analytics. This executive will build scalable HR systems, advise the CEO, COO, and operating leaders, develop the HR team, and improve talent outcomes across a rapidly growing, multi-site organization.

Lead accounting and financial reporting across multi-entity operations, build scalable financial infrastructure and team, ensure GAAP-compliant statements, implement accounting systems and automation, manage cash, controls, and consolidate reporting to support strategic growth and partner with executive leadership.
