Lead end-to-end global sourcing strategies for steel, fabricated components, cladding, indirect categories, and critical commodities. Manage RFQ/RFPs, supplier selection and contracts, market analysis, supplier relationship management, cost savings, risk mitigation, KPI reporting, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, and project teams. Travel ~20-30% for supplier assessments and negotiations.

Provide front-desk hospitality, answer phones, schedule meetings and events, manage mail/deliveries and office supplies, coordinate travel and onboarding, support HR and business operations, prepare documents/reports, maintain office communications and confidential information, and support employee engagement and events. Use CRM, Google, Microsoft, Zoho, and travel systems; bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
