Plant Controller responsible for plant financial oversight, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory accounting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, capital expenditure approval, and intercompany allocations. Leads two staff accountants and advises plant leadership on pricing, capacity, sourcing, staffing, and investment decisions. Produces plant P&L reporting and operational KPIs while ensuring accounting policy compliance, asset integrity, and timely corporate reporting.

Provides administrative, financial, and documentation support for logistics operations. Reviews and reconciles carrier invoices, verifies charges, processes payments and remittances, maintains shipping records, tracks project logistics budgets, resolves discrepancies, supports carrier claims, and assists with project closeout. The role coordinates with carriers, vendors, accounting, logistics leads, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely payments, and financial reconciliation.

Provides broad HR support across recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, compliance, training, engagement, performance management, and employee records. Coordinates interviews, hiring activities, orientations, employee communications, HR reporting, and workforce initiatives. Works closely with employees and supervisors in an active manufacturing environment while supporting policies, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.

Leads multiple mission-critical data center and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning. Owns schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and stakeholder relationships while coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction teams. Manages structural steel and expanding project scopes, mentors project staff, oversees subcontractors and vendors, drives portfolio KPIs, and implements continuous improvement using BIM 360, Procore, and Primavera P6. Travel is required up to 25%.

Leads strategic sourcing for indirect spend, steel, and fabricated components. Owns category strategies, RFQ/RFP events, supplier qualification, negotiations, cost modeling, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and supply continuity. Partners with engineering, operations, finance, and planning to deliver savings, manage contracts, track KPIs, and resolve supplier issues. Also supports procure-to-pay activities and mentors junior team members.

Support execution of structural steel scopes for large projects (notably data centers). Coordinate technical deliverables, manage document control, perform cost estimating and quantity takeoffs, support scheduling and critical-path analysis, prepare technical reports/shop drawings/as-builts, troubleshoot across design/fabrication/erection, implement process improvements, and travel up to 25%.

Sell pre-engineered metal building systems by prospecting new clients, managing territory pipeline, providing technical guidance, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating project delivery and post-sale support.
