Drive staffing, hiring, project execution, process improvement, budgeting, and compliance while providing technical oversight and professional development for engineers and PCB designers.

Support systems engineering for radar systems through design, integration, and test. Perform system-level trade assessments, coordinate across RF, mechanical, electrical, and software teams, conduct Linux-based lab integration and testing, and contribute to proposals and IR&D. Travel ~10%.

Lead technical execution of medium-to-large naval engineering programs from proposal through delivery. Own technical content, manage cost/schedule/quality, mentor teams, apply earned value principles, produce technical reports, and support proposal and program reviews. Travel 10–20% and work in distributed teams.
