Lead HR strategy and workplace culture for a 1,800-resident continuing care community, overseeing employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, performance management, succession and talent development, leadership coaching, and HR team management to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.

Lead enterprise-wide general accounting across a multi-community senior living organization. Own month-end/quarter/annual close, GL integrity, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany, and fixed asset accounting. Oversee accounting staff, partner on internal controls and GAAP compliance, support audits, and drive accounting transformation, system implementations, and process improvement to enable scalable financial reporting.

Provide strategic financial leadership for a large senior living community: oversee accounting controls and processes, analyze financial results, partner with operations, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate enterprise risks, develop policies, and coach accounting staff.

Lead and support the community sales team by managing daily sales office operations, reporting and data tracking, supervising pre-sales activities, driving sales programs and events, coaching staff, and partnering with leadership to meet occupancy and performance goals.

Manage and execute internal communications and marketing projects, develop enterprise-wide strategies, write and edit employee communications, coordinate with stakeholders and creative team, maintain branding and templates, lead stakeholder meetings, and track project progress in project management tools.

Provide front-office administrative and engagement support for the Resident Life Department, greet residents and guests, manage clerical tasks, generate reports, assist event planning, maintain supplies and invoices, and ensure confidentiality.

Lead and develop strategic marketing plans for assigned Erickson communities, manage an associate, collaborate with Sales and operations, build media programs and budgets, write creative briefs, oversee project execution, and refine plans using research and analytics. Requires stakeholder relationship building and occasional travel.
