Research, assign, schedule and build newscast lineups, script and proof packages, coordinate shoots and interviews, create digital content, and collaborate with reporters, photographers, editors and production to deliver high-impact community-focused stories.

Develop and execute sales-driven promotional campaigns (on-air, digital, social) to support sales, increase client visibility, and drive audience engagement. Coordinate contests, events, sponsorships, collateral, and vendors; collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams; track and analyze promotion effectiveness; manage timelines and promotional materials; maintain brand consistency; assist with sales presentations; may drive for company business. On-site role, full-time.

Administer employee benefits and open enrollment, ensure benefits compliance and reconcile invoices. Serve as HR resource for onboarding, recruitment support, HRIS recordkeeping, policy implementation, employee engagement, and building operations. Provide training, attend industry events, and travel occasionally between Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Support producers, reporters, photographers, and digital team to learn news production and reporting. Tasks include writing, researching, fact-checking, logging video, timing newscasts, shadowing field crews, interviewing sources, posting to digital platforms, using social media for news, and building a work sample over the semester.

Assist and observe newsroom sports operations: learn producing and reporting skills, write and post digital sports content, log and time video, support rundowns, and shadow anchors, reporters, producers, photographers, and digital staff during a Fall semester unpaid internship for college credit.
