Support and improve on-site infrastructure services (network, servers, virtualization, cloud identity, security, monitoring, backup). Troubleshoot incidents, participate in projects, strengthen security and reliability, produce documentation and automation (PowerShell), coordinate with teams and vendors, and provide after-hours support as needed.
