Manage and support Best Buddies chapters and volunteers to advance friendship, employment, and leadership programs. Provide training, communications, data tracking, and event support; promote programs through marketing and fundraising efforts; maintain program compliance and data integrity using online platforms and CRM tools. Travel frequently and engage community, corporate, and student stakeholders to drive participation and program impact.

Coordinate statewide fundraising and donor relations to meet revenue goals by supporting events, individual and corporate giving, grants, and stewardship. Manage event logistics, donor database records, communications and marketing campaigns, prospect research, volunteer cultivation, and reporting while collaborating with program staff and the State Director. Requires travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Assist with planning and executing spring Friendship Walk fundraising events: solicit sponsors and in-kind donations, create social media and website content, support vendor booking, handle day-of logistics, and perform administrative and donor communications.

Manage and support Best Buddies chapters and volunteers to drive inclusive programs for people with IDD. Provide regular communication, training (virtual and in-person), track data and reporting, promote programs via social media and community outreach, support fundraising and events, and ensure compliance with policies and participant safety.
