Provide administrative and operational HR support including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS/payroll data entry (ADP Workforce Now), personnel file maintenance, audit support, employee communications, front-desk coverage, and coordination of HR events and compliance documentation.

Manage fiscal operations for assigned outpatient, case management, and residential programs: budgeting, contract management, grants, reporting to funders, audits, and supervising fiscal staff. Coordinate annual agency budgeting and support the CFO to ensure timely, accurate financial and operational reporting and contract compliance.

Implement and track the agency's training infrastructure: maintain Relias, run compliance reports, coordinate orientation and internships, deliver and document trainings, chair staff development, conduct incident investigations and reporting, audit programs and claims, support policy and compliance, and serve 24/7 on-call for serious incidents.
