Provide administrative and operational support to the Accounting Department, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable support, bank reconciliations, document management, monthly close assistance, and spreadsheet/report preparation under staff supervision.

Support HR team with candidate screening, onboarding, orientation, HRIS updates, personnel file maintenance, document scanning/filing, compliance tracking, and participation in HR projects and strategic planning to improve employee engagement.
