Processes non-trade and trade invoices through the complete accounts payable cycle. Requires a high school diploma, cashier and clerical experience, intermediate Word and Excel skills, strong customer service abilities, and successful credit and background checks.

Supports the SVP of Operations by analyzing operational and financial data to improve production, efficiency, profitability, and management effectiveness. Develops standardized performance metrics and reporting, drives budgets and business plans, identifies growth opportunities, facilitates target setting, and leads cross-functional improvement initiatives. The role also supports acquisition due diligence and integration, communicates evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership, and shares successful practices across facilities. Travel may reach 40% annually.

Manage operations across two scrap metal recycling facilities, including staffing, training, customer transactions, scrap grading and pricing, safety and environmental compliance, maintenance, budgeting, reporting, equipment operation, and profitability. Lead ferrous and non-ferrous departments while maintaining strong relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.

Weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials, verify loads using camera systems, record transactions, process customer payments, answer inquiries, maintain records, enforce safety procedures, and perform general administrative duties. The role requires customer service, accurate data entry, basic math, computer proficiency, communication skills, and occasional outdoor work in varying weather while wearing PPE.
