Manage core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS data integrity, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational change initiatives. Support affirmative action and succession planning while using HR technology and applicant tracking systems. The role also involves payroll and workers’ compensation administration, employer branding, reporting, and conflict resolution.
