Sell magazine advertising to prospective and current advertisers targeting the magazine's luxury audience. Research and cold-call leads, present ad packages, develop proposals, manage accounts and sales data, build relationships, and meet quarterly sales goals.

Build web and e-newsletter assets using HTML/CSS, manage social media content, and produce marketing materials for in-store campaigns, packaging, PR, and online advertising. Assist design team with concepts, presentations, general admin, and client communications.

Edit and fact-check all Felix print and web content; query writers to resolve issues; coordinate with editorial, design, photo, and production teams; track copy flow and sign off on all publishes; maintain and update copy-editing resources and style guides.

Support print and digital publicity for Felix and FelixMag.co by drafting press materials, pitching media, booking TV/radio segments, coordinating events and agencies, managing media lists and monitoring, and collaborating with web/social teams. Provide administrative PR support and produce press clipping reports and media metrics.

Unpaid semester internship supporting photographic production: retouching, cropping, color correction, QA, organizing and naming digital assets, and uploading images to web servers to meet daily and weekly deadlines while following creative direction.
