Lead complex, cross-functional affordable housing and organizational initiatives from planning through implementation. Develop project plans, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders, prepare executive materials, support policy implementation, escalate specialized issues, and provide remediation for stalled projects while safeguarding confidential information.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable including matching, coding, data entry, check runs, vendor communication, expense report processing, petty cash reconciliation, maintaining AP records, and supporting supervisors with special projects.

Coordinate and monitor HR compliance and workplace safety programs, conduct internal and payroll audits, maintain OSHA/IIPP/WVPP/ERP documentation, support incident investigations and regulatory filings, train staff on safety and de-escalation, and report compliance metrics to HR leadership.

Manage budgeting, invoicing, forecasting, and compliance for public and private grants. Prepare monthly contract invoices, reconcile the general ledger, analyze budget variances, and support audits. Produce financial forecasts and ad-hoc analyses, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with program and development teams on budgets and reporting.

Administer and maintain the Housing Department's databases (Salesforce, SF-HMIS), perform data entry, verification and analysis, produce weekly/monthly and funder reports, ensure contract compliance, train and support staff, maintain filing systems, and assist with special projects and documentation.

Support the Senior Controller in managing the Finance Department, maintaining internal controls, preparing monthly and consolidated financial statements, reconciling ledgers and intercompany accounts, overseeing billing and tax filings, supervising the Accounting Manager, and leading audits, forecasts, and ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.
