Manage communication and social media projects: respond to support tickets, coordinate meetings and events, create and analyze content, maintain promotional inventory and vendor orders, design branded graphics for print and digital, and engage diverse communities across platforms while supporting the Communications Manager.

Manage administrative and compliance operations for Weatherization projects: verify client files, process contractor procurement and invoices, maintain program data, support audits and monitoring, track program costs and budgets, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence to funder and agency requirements.
