Lead preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated income tax provisions under ASC 740, support tax reporting and returns, coordinate with auditors and advisors, manage OneSource data and controls, monitor tax law impacts, support SOX and process improvements, and mentor junior tax staff to ensure timely, accurate corporate tax accounting and reporting.

Serve as primary HR business partner for assigned client groups, leading employee relations, HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives. Advise leaders, conduct complex investigations and workforce planning, implement HR policies/programs, and support performance, compensation, and learning efforts to drive business results and culture.

Lead technical accounting and SEC reporting: research and conclude complex U.S. GAAP issues, maintain accounting policies, prepare SEC filings (10‑K/10‑Q/8‑K), manage consolidation/statutory reporting calendars, support SOX 404 and audits, advise on M&A and strategic transactions, and coordinate with auditors, legal, and investor relations.
