Provides day-to-day IT support, including hardware and peripheral maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and prioritization of technical requests. Leads learning and development strategy across a multi-site healthcare organization. Builds skills-based, data-driven, and AI-enabled learning programs; develops web-based LMS content; supports regulatory compliance, workforce capability, internal mobility, and employee development. Manages L&D staff, coaches employees, partners with executives and clinical leaders, measures program performance, and drives complex initiatives, change leadership, and continuous learning.

Designs and maintains enterprise security architecture and strategies, provides security expertise to IT and business teams, identifies and drives remediation of vulnerabilities, automates triage and prioritization, consults on IT initiatives, and leads incident response, forensics, and security tooling (firewalls, SIEM, PAM, vulnerability management) while producing technical documentation and supporting clinical stakeholders.
