Supports, implements, trains users on, and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications across Finance & Operations, Retail, and Customer Service. Analyzes business processes, resolves application and data issues, develops procedures and training materials, creates test plans and requirements, supports upgrades, and promotes effective use of D365 across business units.

Leads North American financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. Partners with executives and department leaders across retail, wholesale, hospitality, ecommerce, and marketing to evaluate performance, manage KPIs, improve profitability, and support business decisions. Oversees financial controls, inventory and working capital analysis, contracts, reporting automation, banking and payment processes, and audit relationships. Develops financial models and recommendations while leading and mentoring the FP&A team.
