Manage accounting systems including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets, budgeting, and financial reporting. Perform reconciliations, monthly close, audits, financial analysis, and provide management with financial insights and recommendations.

Provide full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance support. Partner with leadership on hiring, discipline, leave, promotions, and terminations; maintain personnel and credentialing records; manage union relations and coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
