Administer and monitor network, server, identity, endpoint, messaging, and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include Windows Server patching, troubleshooting, backups and recovery validation, UniFi administration, Active Directory account management, Intune endpoint administration, Exchange Online security, Azure monitoring, and escalated Tier 1–2 support. The role also uses AI tools to automate IT operations, optimize technology resources, and support staff adoption while delivering strong customer service.

Supports missionary candidates throughout the endorsement process by reviewing applications, background checks, references, training completion, and doctrinal alignment. Tracks candidate progress, manages helpdesk tickets, resolves issues, processes terminations and reinstatements, establishes accounts, and coordinates with field leaders and internal teams. Maintains accurate documentation, system integrity, confidentiality, and timely communications while contributing to collaborative problem-solving.

Cultivate and manage relationships with 80–150 current and prospective donors across Florida and Puerto Rico. Build major-gift pipelines, identify prospects, solicit outright and planned gifts, prepare fundraising materials, maintain Raiser's Edge records, and steward donors. The role also develops donor strategies, networks with foundation and corporate giving partners, and requires approximately 60–70 travel days annually.
