Develop and support credit union business applications, reporting systems, integrations, enterprise data solutions, and workflow automations. Responsibilities include building dashboards, applications, interfaces, and reports; managing data validation, governance, conversions, and migrations; troubleshooting production issues; supporting technology projects; and maintaining secure, compliant documentation. The role collaborates with business stakeholders and vendors to improve processes, operational efficiency, member experience, and technology governance.

Supports credit union operations across ACH, share drafts, bill pay, card services, fraud alerts, disputes, wires, account audits, IRA processing, charge-offs, unclaimed property, payroll, and compliance-related activities. Responds to member and internal inquiries, processes account and payment adjustments, maintains confidentiality, supports accounting reconciliation, and recommends process improvements. The role requires strong financial operations knowledge, attention to detail, analytical ability, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
