Serve as sole in-house legal and compliance owner for a national wholesale commercial insurance broker. Mature and run the compliance program, manage state licensing, negotiate carrier and vendor contracts (including binding authority and MGA/MGU arrangements), advise on digital product, privacy (GLBA/state laws), and AI governance, manage outside counsel, and support general counsel matters.
