Lead and oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, revenue audit and general ledger. Manage month-end close, cash flow, audits, regulatory reporting, and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with gaming and financial regulations.

Manage the casino drop team and soft count processes, enforce security and regulatory compliance, maintain equipment and supplies, hire/train/supervise staff, investigate complaints, and coordinate with the Director of Finance. Ensure accurate documentation, coach team members, and obtain required gaming license.

Appointed regulator responsible for overseeing tribal gaming compliance, reviewing license applications, evaluating adherence to tribal, state, and NIGC standards, drafting and approving regulatory documents, attending quarterly in-person and monthly virtual meetings, and completing annual regulatory training.
