Support production-shift HR operations: manage clock-ins, attendance reconciliation (Kronos/SAP), assign workers, monitor breaks, perform safety walks, handle callouts, coaching and disciplinary documentation, respond to incidents, support onboarding/I-9s, maintain records, and produce staffing reports. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Source, recruit, screen, and onboard candidates; coordinate interviews and job postings; manage onboarding paperwork including I-9 verification; maintain recruiting pipelines; attend job fairs and community outreach; create recruiting materials; and support HR and operations teams to meet hiring goals.
