Oversee daily dealership business office operations, including DMV licensing and regulatory compliance, accounting and month-end close activities, WIP reporting, reconciliations, payment authorization, deal documentation, payroll timecard approval, staff supervision, records management, and workflow improvement. Coordinate with sales, finance, service, banks, customers, vendors, and management to resolve transaction and funding issues while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant business processes.
