Plan and execute VIP events, vehicle unveilings, driving experiences and premium vehicle deliveries. Manage logistics, vendors, hospitality, concierge services, showroom standards, customer follow-up, and coordinate with Sales and Service. Support event-related marketing and travel as needed to deliver white-glove experiences for high-net-worth clients.

Provide front-desk support at a luxury dealership: greet clients, screen/transfer calls, take messages, perform cashiering and ID verifications, enter and scan service repair orders, file documents, use MS Office, and support ad-hoc initiatives with strong attention to accuracy and customer service.
