Lead a lean finance organization with hands-on execution and strategic business partnering. Own financial reporting, accounting, tax, audit, internal controls, compliance, and overall financial governance while collaborating with business teams and outsourced providers.

Serve as Svitzer Angola's in-country Marine Standards and HSSEQ representative. Support implementation of Marine Standards and Safety Management System, conduct audits and investigations, coach vessel crews and leaders, monitor HSSEQ performance, liaise with regulators and customers, and drive continuous safety and operational improvements.

Maintain and repair tug vessel machinery and marine systems, support safe winch and deck operations, identify and report defects, keep maintenance records, follow safety procedures, assist crew, and participate in drills and training.

Paid apprenticeship to train as a marine engineer on tugboats. Combines classroom study at Fleetwood Nautical College with sea-going experience to achieve EOOW and Chief Engineer (Small Vessel) certifications. Hands-on mentoring, paid from day one, structured five-year programme, 2-weeks-on/1-week-off rotations, and career progression across UK ports.
