Manage a portfolio of commercial customers by underwriting and analyzing credit risk, performing due diligence, preparing loan memorandums, assisting with loan closings, conducting annual reviews and property inspections, maintaining tracking databases, identifying problem loans, and interacting with customers, bankers, attorneys, and financial professionals.

Lead the bank's trade finance unit, manage daily operations and staff, approve and structure complex trade facilities, mitigate credit/country/FX risks, ensure AML/KYC/sanctions compliance, oversee trade platform relationships, and ensure ICC and regulatory compliance for accurate, timely trade services.

Support the Financial Intelligence Unit by gathering and analyzing account activity, documenting fraud cases, collaborating with other institutions and business lines, promoting fraud prevention, and assisting with regulatory-compliant recordkeeping and investigations.

Perform financial analysis and underwrite complex ABL and commercial credit requests. Prepare credit memos, review financial statements and projections, monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance, support loan committee approvals, conduct site visits, and mentor junior underwriters while ensuring compliance with credit policy and banking regulations.

Perform day-to-day deposit operations including processing returned deposit items, customer research and image requests, report reviews, workflow maintenance, testing support, training peers, assisting audits and issue remediation, and liaising with other teams. Up to 10% travel.

Provide HR consultation and support for business areas on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and organizational design. Conduct investigations and exit interviews, manage unemployment claims, advise on HR policy and compensation, present to management, and participate in HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment law.
