Lead enterprise data integration, standardization, and reporting architecture. Onboard legacy sources (Jack Henry/jhaKnow) into Snowflake and governed reporting, drive data quality, reconciliation, and mapping between banking platforms, enable trusted datasets for analytics and AI, and govern reporting standards across Technology, Finance, Risk, and business stakeholders.

Perform AML/CFT due diligence, enhanced reviews, and investigations on new and existing customers. Research higher-risk relationships, maintain monitoring data, prepare documentation and escalations, remediate due diligence gaps with business partners, and support SAR reporting and sanctions compliance.

Analyze and underwrite commercial and investment real estate credit requests, prepare loan memoranda and term sheets, support loan closings, monitor portfolio performance, ensure covenant compliance, assist relationship managers, and prepare materials for audits and approvals.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI applications and automated dashboards. Gather and translate business requirements to technical specifications, validate data for reporting automation, collaborate with analysts and engineers to optimize self-service analytics, act as Power BI SME, and apply best practices while ensuring regulatory compliance.
