Entry-level field sales role in a two-year mentorship program to develop Technical Sales Representatives. Support TSRs and regional leadership, assist with lead generation, quoting, CRM management, customer engagement, training, and regional travel. Progresses from activity metrics to revenue responsibilities and territory/account development.

Outside technical sales role selling hydraulic, electromechanical, pneumatic, and automation solutions to industrial and mobile customers. Identify customer needs, deliver technical presentations and pre-sales support, manage customer profitability, meet sales targets, build supplier and customer relationships, and maintain accurate sales documentation. Significant regional travel required.

Serve as regional technical authority for mobile hydraulic systems: provide application support, troubleshoot, develop solutions, deliver training, enable sales, drive business development, and manage supplier relationships to grow market share.

Manage and grow an established portfolio of fluid power accounts in the Dallas territory. Identify new customers and opportunities, provide hands-on technical support for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, troubleshoot and recommend system improvements, develop proposals/quotes, and collaborate with internal engineering to deliver complete solutions while building long-term customer relationships.

Design electrical control solutions: create schematics, panel layouts, BOMs, size components, calculate power/SCCR/heat, ensure NEC & UL508A compliance, design PLC/servo systems, collaborate with customers and project teams.

Provide technical application engineering and sales support for motion control components and systems. Support customers with product selection, start-up assistance, training, functional specifications, and design reviews while maintaining supplier relationships and attending industry events. Travel to customer sites and collaborate with sales to overcome technical sales obstacles.

Lead and coach a regional outside sales team for industrial controls/motion control, manage major accounts, drive sales strategy and profitability, resolve escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee forecasting, budgeting, and CRM/ERP usage.

Serve as primary inside sales contact for motion control and fluid power customers: provide technical support, create quotes, drive revenue with outside sales, manage orders from quote to delivery, maintain CRM/ERP data, and coordinate with operations to meet customer expectations.

Sell Evolution Motion Solutions products for motion control and mobile hydraulics by combining technical product knowledge with consultative sales. Engage customers, provide pre-sales technical support, present solutions, manage customer profitability, meet sales targets, maintain supplier relationships, and document sales activities. Travel to customer sites as required.

Lead and mentor a Development Services team delivering full-stack .NET applications and enterprise BI solutions. Architect systems, manage Microsoft Fabric and data warehouse initiatives, oversee ELT pipelines and Power BI integrations, collaborate with stakeholders, define development standards and DevOps practices, and manage vendors and project prioritization to align technical delivery with organizational goals.
