The Assistant Controller supervises accounting staff, supports monthly close, reviews financial transactions, prepares reconciliations and financial statements, maintains accounting controls, and assists with audits. The role provides technical accounting support, prepares journal entries and special reports, updates accounting policies and procedures, and contributes to team development. The position requires strong GAAP knowledge, full-cycle accounting experience, multi-entity experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and at least seven years of accounting or finance experience.

Staff Accountant responsible for recording monthly and month-end accounting transactions, preparing account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, analyzing variances, managing grant revenue, supporting capital projects and fixed assets, and processing journal entries and adjustments. The role maintains general ledger controls under GAAP, provides financial reporting and analysis, supports internal stakeholders, and recommends improvements to reporting processes.

Serves as the primary HR partner to corporate, operational, and clinic leaders across a multi-site workforce. Coaches leaders on engagement, retention, performance management, communication, and team effectiveness. Manages employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, separations, policy interpretation, and employment compliance. Analyzes workforce trends and recommends improvements while supporting consistent HR programs across multiple states.

Lead Total Rewards including benefits administration, leave and workers' compensation management, compensation analysis, HRIS integrations, vendor relationships, compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), open enrollment, and reporting/analytics to support attraction and retention.

Greet and triage clients in an outpatient addiction-treatment clinic, manage high-volume patient flow, schedule appointments, enter and maintain EHR records, verify insurance, collect and reconcile payments, assist with walk-in intakes, use trauma-informed de-escalation, maintain reception area and office duties, and support clinic inventory and quality-improvement activities.
