Supervise and develop accounting team members while coordinating month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, financial statements, and management reporting. Research discrepancies, support audits, improve accounting processes and internal controls, assist with software and reporting-tool implementations, and collaborate with operational departments. Monitor work quality, resolve issues, identify automation opportunities, and communicate significant accounting matters to the Controller.
