Lead operations for 10+ licensed before/after school and summer sites across Westchester County. Oversee site directors and staff hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and compliance with NY OCFS. Conduct regular site visits, coach leaders, solve operational issues, drive enrollment growth, launch new sites, and build relationships with schools and families to ensure program quality and stability.
