Tracks releases and shipment holds, prepares invoices, monitors project status, maintains accurate records, and assists project management teams while delivering responsive customer service.

Assists project managers with planning, tracking, coordination, documentation, client communication, logistics releases, shipment tracking, cost monitoring, reporting, and onboarding for clinical trial products and services. Maintains project tools and SharePoint sites, prepares manufacturing orders and proposals, supports domestic and international distribution, handles basic client issues, and escalates complex concerns.
