Implement Workday HCM designs and configurations, gather requirements, prototype, test, and support Workday implementations while communicating progress and building client relationships.

Develop and maintain LAMP-based web applications (SaaS, custom operations, ecommerce, financial databases). Rewrite client-server apps for LAMP, customize open-source software, and work with PHP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and MySQL/PostgreSQL.

Implement and configure Workday HCM solutions: gather requirements, design, prototype, test, and deliver Workday implementations. Provide client support, recommend best practices, and communicate progress to project teams and managers.

Lead the application development and implementation of the DC Access System (DCAS). Manage a complex IBM CURAM/Oracle architecture, coordinate with DHS and partner agencies, oversee system integrators and government staff, and deliver on federal funding deadlines using HP Extreme, Informatica ETL, and Oracle ESB.
